Sport has been a focal point of movies for decades, and since all kids can relate to having to do sport at school, whether they wanted to or not, it makes sense for Disney Channel to theme some of their original movies around sports.
These include winter sports such as snowboarding and figure skating, as well as summer sports like surfing and skateboarding. And even if you’re not interested in sport, you can guarantee that you’ll get sucked into the action and soon find yourself rooting for these kids to win whatever sport they are competing in.
